Who will perform my massage?
Your massage will be conducted by a trained professional, who has received comprehensive instruction in a variety of styles and techniques. Professionally Certified Massage Therapist

Must I be completely undressed?
Most table massage techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your own comfort. Chair massages are performed fully clothed.

Will the Massage therapist be present when I disrobe?
The therapist will leave the room while you undress, relax on the table, and cover yourself with the clean sheet or towel. You will be properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.

What parts of my body will be massaged?
A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. You will not be touched on or near your genitals ( men or women) or breasts
(women).

What will the massage feel like?
In a standard Swedish massage, your session may begin with  broad flowing strokes that calm your nervous system and relax  muscle tension. As your body becomes relaxed, massage pressure will gradually increase to relax specific areas and relieve deeper muscular tension.

How long will the session last?
Typically, a full body massage requires about one hour minimum. A half hour appointment  allows time for a partial massage, such as neck and shoulders, or feet and legs. Many people prefer a one hour session for  optimal relaxation. Allow extra relaxation time prior to and after the session.

What should I do during the session?
Let yourself be comfortable. Throughout the session, the massage therapist will gently move you or tell you what is needed (such as lifting your arm). Many close their eyes and gently relax. Feel free to ask questions about the massage process or particular technique you are receiving.
